Integrative Psychotherapy is more inclusive than other therapeutic modalities. Integrative psychotherapists take into account the individual characteristics, preferences, needs, abilities, beliefs and particular motivations of each patient to apply the most appropriate therapy modality in a fully personalized way. Understanding all psychology as an evolutionary psychology, the approach will be adjusted during the therapeutic process, guaranteeing the effectiveness of the treatment throughout its development. The comprehensive model designed by the philosopher Ken Wilber provides us with a map of human development and the possible problems that may arise along the life path. Understanding that all therapeutic approaches are true but partial and subject to the evolutionary context of each human being, we successfully address each difficulty that occurs in the different phases of human evolution with the appropriate psychological framework, instead of sticking to the partiality of " one truth, one school. "

Integral Life Coaching
The term "coaching" comes from the English verb to coach (train) and consists of a process through which an individual is taught, trained and accompanies in order to achieve objectives based on awakening talents and developing skills. It consists of a continuous professional relationship that helps to obtain extraordinary results in people's lives, in their profession, company or business. Through the coaching process, the client deepens their knowledge, increases their performance and improves their quality of life. Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy and its techniques and objectives are clearly different.

Integrative Health Coaching
A health coach gets you “unstuck” by helping you figure out what’s keeping you from reaching your health goals. During your coaching conversations, the health coach asks questions to get you thinking about how you can overcome challenges.
The most common obstacle people face is their own thoughts about themselves and about change. Through motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral techniques I will help you work through some of your thoughts and beliefs. You’ll find out what’s blocking you from following through with the changes you’d like to materialize for your health and well-being.
